I want to go to Gatebil..at least once in my life, hopefully multiple times though. Any one want to share their dream vacations? Any other car related ones?

Car related... I guess it would be to at some point actually ship my Z over to Germany, drive it to the Ring, and have a go just to be able to have done it. It would be pretty cool to time it to go do something like what you are listing at the same time. Basically doing once in a lifetime things that I actually get to use my car for.
Now a motorcycle one I have been debating doing for a while is going over to Isle of Man and watching the TT, then hanging out to ride the island on a rented Ducati. I almost pulled the trigger on doing that a year or so ago, but decided to dump the money into my Z.

That's next on my list! I have Sebring, Petit, Rolex 24, and Lemans 24. nurburgring is next. Would like to go to Thunderhill 25 too.

I'd hope to at some point turn my Z(33) into a full drift car, and ship it for Gatebil :) Would probably try to head to Germany for the same reason, and Isle of Man TT is insane!!
